Venostasin Cream is a traditional herbal medicinal product for the relief of discomfort and a sensation of heaviness in the legs caused by a mild venous circulatory disorder.

This medicine is a traditional herbal medicinal product registered solely on the basis of long-standing use for the indicated indications.

This medicine is for use in adults aged 18 and over. If you do not feel any better, or if your symptoms worsen, after 2 weeks, consult your doctor.

Directions for use

• Adults: Unless otherwise prescribed, apply 1 to 3 times a day.
• Use in children and adolescents: This medicine is not intended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
• Method of administration: Apply to the skin. Apply a thin, even layer to the intact skin of the affected areas. Do not use under occlusive dressings or in conjunction with heat therapy.
• Duration of use: If you do not feel any better, or if your condition worsens, after 2 weeks, consult your doctor.

Ingredients

• The active ingredient is: dry extract of horse chestnut seeds. 100 g of cream contains 3.8 g of dry extract of horse chestnut seeds (herb-to-extract ratio 4.5–5.5:1), Extraction solvent: 50% ethanol (v/v).
• The other ingredients are: methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (E 216), 96% ethanol, emulsifying cetylstearyl alcohol, sodium cetylstearyl sulphate, white petrolatum, floral and herbal fragrance oil (contains, amongst others, butylhydroxytoluene (E 321), linalool, cinnamaldehyde and benzoates), simeticone emulsion 30% (simeticone, polysorbate 65, stearates, a mixture of glycerol, fatty acids and mono-, di- and triglycerides, methylcellulose, xanthan gum, sorbic acid (E 200), benzoic acid (E 210), sulphuric acid 98%, purified water), purified water.
