Siliceous earth magnesium calcium capsules are a valuable dietary supplement for your beauty. Silica is a carefully purified natural product from deposits of the primeval sea. It is obtained from the shells of diatoms and contains the trace element silicon. Calcium and magnesium are needed to maintain normal bones and teeth. Swallow 1-2 capsules unchewed 3 x daily with sufficient liquid (recommended intake applies to adolescents from 12 years of age and adults).
