Thealipid® eye drops to restore the natural lipid film in dry eyes. Contains a natural 3-in-1 phospholipid microemulsion with natural lipids for use on the eye.

Thealipid®, a 3-in-1 formulation with natural lipids:

Glycerin: a long-lasting moisturiser1^,2 that does not cause blurred ^vision2 and maintains osmotic balance3.
Phospolipids from soya beans: stabilise the tear film by anchoring the lipid layer to the underlying layer. They help to maintain the structure of the lipid layer.⁴
Medium-chain triglycerides: form a thin water-repellent layer5 and control the evaporation of the tear ^film6.
0% preservative: gentle on the eyes, protects ocular tissues.

Thealipid® is recommended to support the restoration of the ocular surface microenvironment in cases of damage caused by:

Increased drying tendency
Instability of the tear film
Wearing contact lenses
Increased strain due to screen work
Injuries
Refractive surgery or other eye operations
Diseases such as meibomian gland dysfunction

Thealipid® relieves signs and symptoms of evaporative dry eye, such as pain/burning, blurred vision, foreign body sensation, sensitivity to light, watery eyes.⁷

Thealipid® supports the natural healing process of the cornea by forming a thin water-repellent barrier.
