How to use

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily approx. 1 hour before going to bed with sufficient liquid.

Ingredients: Valerian root extract (4:1) (33%), passion flower extract (10:1) (25%), hop cone powder (17%), gelatine (capsule shell), bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 hydrochloride, vitamin B2, vitamin B12.
