The Nutri Store Magnesium Capsules are a dietary supplement with 670 mg magnesium oxide, corresponding to 400 mg pure magnesium per capsule. Just 1 capsule a day covers the magnesium requirement of an adult!

Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot produce itself. Magnesium is mainly found in the bones, in muscle cells and in the blood. In the human body, magnesium fulfils a variety of important tasks, including contributing to normal muscle function, normal energy metabolism and electrolyte balance.

As confirmed by the European Food Safety Authority, magnesium also has a function in cell division. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the psyche and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

As a component of the skeletal system, magnesium also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. As the body consumes more magnesium under stress and strain and an unbalanced diet can also lead to a magnesium deficiency, this mineral should always be supplied in sufficient quantities.

How to use

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid during a meal.
Caution: An increased intake of magnesium can lead to diarrhoea.
