Suprasorb® P sensitive border is a sterile silicone foam dressing for the atraumatic treatment of acute and chronic wounds. Particularly suitable for sensitive skin.

Suprasorb P sensitive is a silicone foam dressing especially for sensitive ^skin1. Its multi-layer structure enables dynamic exudate management for an optimal moist wound ^environment2. The silicone wound contact layer minimises the risk of sticking to the wound and reduces pain when changing the ^dressing3. The outer protective film is waterproof, bacteria-repellent and, at the same time, permeable to water vapour.

Areas of application

For the treatment of the following wounds:

• Acute and chronic
• Slightly to heavily exuding
• Superficial and deep wounds (use a tamponade as the primary dressing for deep wounds if necessary)

Indications:

• Decubital ulcers
• Leg and foot ulcers
• Traumatic wounds
• Post-operative wounds
• Skin tears

Wound healing phases:

• Exudation, granulation, epithelialisation phase

Dosage form

• Silicone foam dressing sterile
• Wound dressing size: 10 x 10 cm
• Wound dressing size: 6.2 x 6.2 cm

Application

1. Clean the wound according to the usual procedure, dry the skin surrounding the wound thoroughly and remove the release film.
2. Remove the remaining release film and apply the adhesive side of the dressing to the wound.

Composition: silicone, polyurethane, polyacrylate, fluff pulp and polyolefin.
