Supradyn® energy effervescent tablets are a food supplement containing a special blend of vitamins and minerals, specifically formulated to meet the increased nutritional requirements during periods of physical exertion.

In certain life situations, there may be an increased need for nutrients, e.g. during periods of intense physical exertion, prolonged illness, growth phases, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Supradyn is specially formulated to meet the need for vitamins and minerals during periods of above-average physical exertion.

As well as providing a full range of vitamins and minerals, Supradyn contains an extra dose of B vitamins, which play a key role in the body’s energy metabolism.

Eight essential vitamins are grouped together as the B vitamins: B1, B2, B6, pantothenic acid, folic acid, niacin, biotin and B12. Together, they play a vital role in the body’s metabolism. During physical exertion, stress and a busy day, the metabolism works at full speed. This also increases the need for B vitamins, as they are used up in large quantities under constant strain.

Supradyn Energy helps to meet the increased need for B vitamins resulting from consistently high demands. In addition, Supradyn provides the antioxidants vitamin C, vitamin E and selenium. These help to protect the body’s cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals, which can build up in the cells during periods of increased strain.

Supradyn is a high-quality multivitamin and mineral combination which, with just one tablet a day, supplies the body with essential vitamins and minerals:

The B vitamins – biotin, niacin, B1, B2, B6, B12 and pantothenic acid – plus calcium, copper, iodine, iron, manganese and vitamin C contribute to energy metabolism.
The B vitamins folic acid, B6 and B12, as well as vitamins A, C and D, and the trace elements zinc, copper, iron and selenium, contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
The B vitamins biotin, niacin, B1, B2, B6 and B12 are required for the functioning of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid contributes to mental performance.
Folic acid and vitamin B12, as well as the minerals calcium, iron and zinc, play a role in cell division.
Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and thus support the body’s defences.

Directions

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in a large glass of water (approx. 300 ml) and drink with a meal.
