Supradyn® energy effervescent tablets are a dietary supplement with a special vitamin and mineral formulation that is particularly adapted to the increased requirements in stressful situations.

In certain life situations, there may be an increased need for nutrients, e.g. in phases of heavy physical exertion or during prolonged illness and in growth phases as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Supradyn is specially adapted to the need for vitamins and minerals during periods of above-average stress.

In addition to the A-Z supply, Supradyn contains an extra portion of B vitamins, which are significantly involved in the body's energy metabolism.

Eight vital vitamins are summarised in the group of B vitamins: B1, B2, B6, pantothenic acid, folic acid, niacin, biotin and B12. Together they play an important role in the body's metabolism. During physical exertion, stress and a high daily workload, the metabolism runs at full speed. This also increases the need for B vitamins, as they are needed a lot under constant stress.

Supradyn Energy helps to cover the increased need for B vitamins caused by constantly high demands. Supradyn also provides the antioxidants vitamin C, vitamin E and selenium. These help to protect the body's cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals, which can increase in the cells under increased stress.

The B vitamins biotin, niacin, B1, B2, B6, B12, pantothenic acid plus calcium, copper, iodine, iron, manganese and vitamin C contribute to energy metabolism.
The B vitamins folic acid, B6 and B12 as well as vitamins A, C and D, and the trace elements zinc, copper, iron and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
The B vitamins biotin, niacin, B1, B2, B6 and B12 are required for the function of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid contributes to mental performance.

Directions

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in a large glass of water (approx. 300 ml) and drink with a meal.
