Dr Theiss Melatonin Falling Asleep & Sleeping Through Tablets are a dietary supplement with melatonin, passion flower extract, valerian root extract and lemon balm. The special composition and staggered release of the ingredients can help you fall asleep faster and sleep through the night more easily.

Phase (fall asleep faster): 1 mg melatonin* helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Passion flower and lemon balm can support sleep and ensure relaxation.
Phase 2 (sleep better through the night**): 0.5 mg melatonin and valerian root extract** are released at different times. Valerian helps you to sleep through the night.

Food supplement with melatonin and extracts of valerian root, passion flower and lemon balm. Restful sleep is important for maintaining physical and mental health and performance. During sleep, our body recovers from the day's activities and prepares for the next day. Stressful phases of life, shift work and night work can lead to problems falling asleep.

*Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed **Baldrian helps to maintain natural sleep.

How to use

Swallow 1 tablet daily, approx. 30 minutes before going to bed, unchewed with sufficient liquid.

Ingredients: valerian root extract (27.91 %); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, tricalcium citrate; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; passion flower extract (9.30 %); lemon balm extract (5.12 %); colouring agents: Spirulina and apple concentrate; thickener: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; melatonin (0.14 %).
Composition per daily dose (1 tablet): Melatonin 1.5 mg, passion flower extract 100 mg, lemon balm extract 55 mg, valerian root extract 300 mg.
