St. Severin Purifying Laxative Tea: A traditional herbal blend for gentle cleansing of the body. Supports digestion, promotes well-being and helps to eliminate excess substances.

The detoxifying laxative tea from St. Severin can stimulate the metabolism comprehensively. The ingredients have laxative, diuretic and diaphoretic effects. When used for constipation, the normal digestive process is not disturbed. The laxative effect only begins in the intestine, by softening and increasing the volume of the stool, as well as by stimulating intestinal movement. The effect occurs after approx. 8-10 hours.

How to use

• For a bowl of tea, pour hot (not boiling) water over a slightly heaped tablespoon (= approx. 4g) of tea mixture and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Unless otherwise prescribed, follow the dosage exactly: 7 days one cup of tea on an early morning fast and one cup of tea in the evening, a further 7 days only one cup of tea on an early morning fast. The cure may be repeated after 4 weeks at the earliest.
• Advice: Do not use in case of intestinal obstruction, intestinal inflammation or abdominal pain of unknown cause. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not take over a longer period of time without a doctor's prescription. Must not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. If in doubt, seek professional advice.

Equiseti, 18.75 g elderflower/Flos Sambuci, 1.25 g larkspur/Flos Calcatrippae, per 100 g supplemented with cocoa shell/Cort. Cacao.
