Dosage form
Directions
- Consume 3 x daily, preferably before or with food. Please ensure that you drink plenty of fluids each day.
- As a pure variant: 15 g GOLD linseed (2 tablespoons) each. 1 tablespoon only for children aged 6-12 years. Consume unchewed if possible. Drink 1-2 glasses of water (at least 15 ml).
- As linseed porridge: Stir 15 g GOLD linseed (2 tablespoons) into approx. 400 ml water and bring to the boil briefly. Stir occasionally and leave to swell for up to 1 hour. Then consume with seeds.
- As a linseed gel: first lightly crush 15 g GOLD linseed (2 tablespoons) using a rolling pin or similar (do not crush!). Stir into approx. 400 ml water and bring to the boil briefly. Stir occasionally and leave to swell for up to 1 hour. Pass coarsely through a sieve and consume the linseed gel within 30 minutes.
- Important information: Due to its strong swelling properties, please ensure that you take it at least ½ - 1 hour before taking any medication.
