Spascupreel® tablets are a homeopathic medicinal product indicated for the treatment of spasmodic symptoms in the gastrointestinal tract and the urinary tract.

Homeopathy is regarded as a regulatory therapy for acute and chronic conditions. Spascupreel is a homeopathic combination remedy comprising various individual homeopathic remedies whose medicinal profiles complement one another. The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug profiles.

The following indications are authorised for this medicine:

Relief of spasmodic symptoms of the gastrointestinal tract and the urinary tract.

The use of this homeopathic medicine for the indicated indications is based solely on homeopathic experience. In severe forms of these conditions, clinically proven treatment is indicated. This medicine is intended for use in adults, adolescents and children from 1 month of age. If you do not feel better after 3 days, or if your condition worsens, consult your doctor.

Dosage form

Dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: 1 tablet three times a day. In acute cases: 1 tablet every 1–2 hours, up to a maximum of 8 times a day.
Children aged 6–11 years: 1 tablet twice daily. In acute cases: 1 tablet every 1–2 hours, up to a maximum of 6 times a day.
Children aged 2–5 years: 1 tablet once or twice daily. In acute cases: 1 tablet every 1–2 hours, up to a maximum of 6 times daily.
Children aged 1–23 months: 1 tablet daily. In acute cases: 1 tablet every 1–2 hours, up to a maximum of 4 times a day.
This product must only be used in children aged 1–23 months on medical advice.
Once symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.
Method of administration: For oral use. Allow the tablet to dissolve slowly under the tongue. Take before meals. For children under 6 years of age, the tablet may be dissolved in a little liquid (approx. 50 ml of water or unsweetened tea). Crushing the tablets and then stirring with a spoon speeds up the dissolution process.
Duration of treatment: If you do not feel any better, or if your symptoms worsen, after 3 days, consult your doctor.
Use in children Children under 1 month: The use of Spascupreel in children under 1 month is not recommended due to a lack of data.
