The Sonosan® nutrient concept is based on a duo combination consisting of yellow Sonosan® tablets and white Sonosan® capsules. The Cytrilan® complex used specifically in Sonosan® tablets is based on natural citrus and palm fruit extracts and is characterised by a high proportion of secondary plant substances. These include in particular valuable flavonoids, tocotrienols and flavones.
In addition, each Sonosan® tablet contains Schissandra extract as well as a selected combination of vitamins, magnesium and zinc. Sonosan® capsules contain the semi-essential amino acid L-arginine and coenzyme Q 10.
The specially developed Cytrilan complex contains natural citrus and palm fruit extracts as well as valuable secondary plant substances. The white Sonosan capsule supports the supply of the body's own amino acid L-arginine and coenzyme Q10. The duo combination is very well tolerated and suitable for diabetics.
Active ingredients
- L-arginine - L-arginine is a natural amino acid in the body that supports vascular health.
- Coenzyme Q10 - Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance that is involved in all energy processes in the body. In addition, coenzyme Q10 is involved in numerous intracellular regeneration processes.
- Cytrilan Complex - The Cytrilan Complex, which was specially developed for Sonosan, consists of a combination of natural citrus and palm fruit extracts with a high level of valuable secondary plant substances. Flavonoids, tocotrienols and flavones are involved in numerous processes of cell metabolism and the regeneration of sensitive cell structures.
- Magnesium - Magnesium is an important component in the regulation of nerve functions. Magnesium plays a central role in the construction of the cell membrane and energy production.
- Zinc - Zinc is another essential mineral that neutralises cell toxins and plays a role in cell protection, for example in the event of overload.
- Schisandra - Schisandra is a cultivated plant that is mainly found in Asia. The extract of the Schisandra plant has been valued in Chinese medicine for more than 2000 years for its revitalising and balancing properties.

Directions
- Unless otherwise recommended, adults should take 2 Sonosan® tablets and 2 Sonosan® capsules in the morning and evening with sufficient liquid.
- Regular and long-term intake is recommended to cover the specifically increased micronutrient requirement. Discuss the duration of intake with your doctor.

- Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Cytrilan® complex with natural citrus and palm fruit extract, magnesium oxide, schisandra extract, niacin, zinc gluconate, anti-caking agent: Tricalcium phosphate, vitamin E acetate, magnesium salts of fatty acids (pork); hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, colour: titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red; vitamin B12, vitamin B2-5-phosphate, vitamin B6 HCL, vitamin B1, vitamin D3, vitamin A acetate, folic acid.
