Solgar® Iron (ferrous bisglycinate) capsules are a high-quality dietary supplement that helps to cover the daily iron requirement. Iron is an essential trace element that is involved in numerous important metabolic functions in the body.

Women's iron requirements are much higher than men's. There are various reasons for this, such as menstruation, periods of pregnancy and breastfeeding, and the female body also requires a little more iron during the menopause. The trace element can also be a great help if you often feel tired or lacking in energy, as it contributes to energy metabolism, oxygen transport in the body and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
