Espara Iron 30 mg capsules are a dietary supplement with minerals and vitamins.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and the red blood pigment haemoglobin. Iron also supports the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and copper supports the transport of iron in the body.

Directions

Take 1 capsule per day with liquid. (Preferably 1 hour before breakfast).
