SinoPlaSan Magnesium 8-fold Complex is a high-quality dietary supplement that provides you with 400 mg of pure magnesium per daily dose. The product contains 8 different forms of magnesium.

Magnesium is an essential, i.e. vital, mineral. It must be ingested in sufficient quantities through food as it cannot be produced by the body itself.

Nowadays, many people assume that an additional intake of magnesium is not important for them. This is often due to the fact that no magnesium deficiency has been detected in the blood count. Unfortunately, this does not mean that there is no magnesium deficiency, because only 1% of our magnesium is found in the blood serum. 95%, on the other hand, is found in the cells, which is precisely why a sufficient magnesium level in the blood serum is no guarantee that there is a deficiency in the cells. As soon as there is no longer sufficient magnesium in the blood serum, magnesium is removed from bones, organs and (muscle) tissue, for example, and released into the blood serum. The body does this for self-protection, because without sufficient magnesium in the blood, the most important muscle - the heart muscle - would no longer be able to work. Other "less important organs" then lose out.

It therefore makes no sense to determine the magnesium level in the blood!

Not only athletes, pregnant women and nursing mothers have an increased consumption. In Germany, around one in three people have too little magnesium in their bodies. The magnesium requirement can also increase due to stress or regular alcohol consumption. Adults, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers need 300-400 mg of magnesium per day! It is advisable to divide the magnesium into two portions a day, as single doses can have a laxative effect for some users, for example. If you are sensitive, the magnesium can also be taken with a meal.

Directions

Take 2 x 1 capsule daily with liquid. Take the product on an empty stomach or with food if you have a sensitive stomach.
Note: Be aware of interactions with iron, zinc and L-thyroxine. Note interactions with calcium, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin B7 (biotin), vitamin B9 (folic acid), vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D and vitamin E. These nutrients hinder each other's absorption. The nutrients promote mutual absorption.
