Selectafer B12 is a blood regeneration and rebuilding combination that supplies the human body with the necessary amount of iron and the vitamins folic acid and B12 in a balanced dosage. The ingredients provide more vitality and support the immune system in the event of deficiency symptoms such as tiredness and fatigue. Selectafer B12 is also a good supplement for increased requirements, e.g. during pregnancy and growth. The herbal ingredients of peppermint leaves, bitter orange peel, condurango bark, gentian root, cloves, cinnamon bark and blackthorn blossoms ensure that Selectafer B12 is well tolerated and has a pleasant taste. This means that it is generally well tolerated even over a longer period of time. Directions for use

Children and adolescents take 5 - 10 ml daily in the morning and evening (1/2 to 1 hour before meals), adults take 10 ml daily in the morning and evening (1/2 to 1 hour before meals). To dose Selectafer B12, use the measuring cup provided on the screw cap of the bottle.
