The Seewald Ortho Vitamin B Complex ACTIVATED capsules are a dietary supplement with co-factors combined in an ideal ratio and optimum bioavailability.

Optimally balanced ratio of all B vitamins with the co-factors PABA, myo-inositol and choline as well as particularly bioavailable vitamin C. Vitamin B12 supports the normal function of the nervous system and the psyche. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

The high-quality composition in Vitamin B Complex ACTIVATED is characterised by an optimally balanced ratio of all B vitamins. Many of them are present in bioactive form. Bioactive B vitamins are particularly well absorbed and utilised by the body. The body does not require any additional metabolic steps in order to utilise the vitamins, which makes them particularly valuable. They are also often more stable and resistant to degradation processes in the body.

Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2) and vitamin B12 have positive properties in that they contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and folic acid, along with biotin (vitamin B7) and niacin (vitamin B3), contribute to normal mental function.

The co-factors choline and inositol are regarded as building blocks for lecithin. As a so-called "second messenger", inositol plays a central role in numerous metabolic processes.

Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) is integrated into the structure of folic acid.

The formula is rounded off with vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate), a particularly bioavailable and stable form. Vitamin C helps to protect cells, such as nerve cells, from oxidative stress. It also supports the immune system and energy metabolism and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
