- The vitamins of the B complex often occur together in nature and complement each other. As water-soluble nutrients, they are essential for numerous biochemical processes in the body. Vitamin B6 and B12 , which is contained as a proven MHA formula consisting of three bioactive forms of the vitamin, support energy metabolism. Pantothenic acid (B5) contributes to mental performance, while folic acid (B9) supports normal mental function.
