Hoggar Night® Duo natural combines valuable ingredients in its revolutionary duo capsule (one capsule inside another capsule). The combination ensures mental recovery before going to bed, contributes to healthy sleep and has no habituation effect. Due to the composition, no tiredness or sluggishness is to be expected after waking up.

1st stage: the lavender oil made from real lavender is released immediately and is used to relax before sleep and help you fall asleep.
Stage 2: The inner capsule with passion flower extract and vitamin B6 releases the ingredients approximately 1 hour after ingestion thanks to the delayed release technology, so that the positive effect on a better quality of sleep can unfold after falling asleep.

Active ingredients

Lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia 80 mg): True lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) has been used for centuries as a relaxing plant. It is said to have relaxing properties and contributes to a restful sleep. The oil is extracted from the flowers of the plant by steam distillation. The oil in the first capsule contains 80 mg of lavender oil for relaxation before falling asleep and to help you fall asleep.
Passion flower extract (Passiflora incamata 200 mg): The passion flower originates from North and South America, where it is used by indigenous peoples for calming purposes. Passiflora incarnata is used in the western world for good sleep quality and has been extensively studied scientifically. The inner capsule of Hoggar Night® Duo natural contains 200 mg Passiflora incarnata extract, which ensures a good and healthy night's sleep.
Vitamin B6: With the addition of vitamin B6, Hoggar Night® Duo natural supports the normal function of the nervous system and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue so that you wake up refreshed after a good night's sleep.

Directions

1 Duo capsule of Hoggar Night® Duo natural is taken by adults one hour before going to bed with a glass of water, independently of meals. The Duo capsule should not be taken while lying down.
