Seewald Ortho Ashwagandha TriComplex capsules are a dietary supplement with a unique combination of ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, with standardised medicinal mushroom extract from reishi and essential vitamins.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and the psyche. Pantothenic acid supports energy metabolism and mental performance and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

The ashwagandha extract used contains 5% valuable withanolides. These are bioactive compounds in the ashwagandha plant, an adaptogenic plant from the Withania genus. It belongs to the nightshade family (Solanaceae) and is rich in alkaloids and steroids, among other things.

Each capsule contains 500 mg ashwagandha extract.

The special formulation perfectly complements reishi extract (Ganoderma lucidum, Ling-Zhi) with its bioactive compounds such as triterpenes, beta-glucans and polysaccharides. The reishi mushroom has been popular for over 4,000 years, especially in Japan and China. Also known as the "divine mushroom of spiritual power", it is said to have the ability to balance the energies of yin and yang.

Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) supports normal mental performance and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and the psyche.
