• 13 bacterial strains: This blend (including L. acidophilus, B. longum and L. rhamnosus) covers a broad spectrum of the natural gut flora. They support the gut’s barrier function and suppress unwanted bacteria. 
• Inulin ( from chicory): A prebiotic fibre that serves as food for beneficial bacteria and specifically promotes their colonisation and proliferation.

Directions for use

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid. Take the recommended daily dose with sufficient liquid, ideally before a meal, to optimally support the colonisation of the cultures.
