How to use
Always apply Retterspitz Muscle Cream exactly as directed in the package leaflet. Unless otherwise prescribed, apply a 5 to 10 cm long strip of cream to the affected area three to six times a day, depending on the size of the affected area, and massage in with your hands until the cream has been completely absorbed by the skin. Keep the area warm after rubbing. The effectiveness of the embrocation is enhanced if it is applied after a compress, after removing the wraps and towelling the skin dry.
The wrap treatment loosens the skin layers and afterwards the skin's ability to absorb the embrocation cream is particularly good. Wash hands with soap after rubbing to avoid accidentally transferring cream residues to sensitive mucous membranes.
