How to use
- Always use Retterspitz Muscle Roller exactly as instructed in the package leaflet. Unless otherwise prescribed, apply Retterspitz Muscle Roller three to six times a day to the affected area of the body. Move the roller with the ball head downwards in a circular motion and massage the lotion that emerges into the skin with gentle pressure. Keep the body warm after use.
- The effectiveness of the massage is enhanced if it is carried out after removing a wrap and towelling the skin dry.
- The wrap treatment loosens the skin layers and afterwards the skin's ability to absorb the lotion is particularly good. Do not bring the lotion into contact with the eyes and only apply to the affected areas. Do not remove the ball head! To ensure optimum distribution of the lotion, Retterspitz Muscle Roller should only be used at room temperature.
