How to use

Refigura is taken orally (by mouth).
Take 3 x 3 capsules daily with plenty of water. To achieve a positive effect as part of a low-calorie diet, take 3 capsules 3 times a day, approx. 15 minutes before each meal. After taking the capsules, drink 1-2 glasses of water so that glucomannan can reach the stomach.
Refigura can be taken over a longer period of time .
