Humal partial joint bath is beneficial for tension and lumbago and has a regenerating effect on joints and muscles. Humic acids are traditionally used in bath therapy, whereby the dosage of the partial joint bath is adapted for use on just one part of the body - for example the arm or leg. Humal Joint Bath is suitable for use as a full bath.
Effect of Humal joint bath
The active ingredients humic acid and salicylic acid contained in Humal joint bath promote local blood circulation, which can have a favourable effect on muscular tension and joint pain.
Humal has been tried and tested for decades and was previously available as a medicinal product - due to regulatory requirements, it is no longer possible to obtain humic acid in pharmaceutical quality and therefore production can no longer take place as a medicinal product.
However, the formulation has remained unchanged and our Humal joint bath works in exactly the same way as before.

How to use
Empty Humal Joint Bath into the bath water and dissolve the granules by stirring.
A bath temperature of 38°C and a bath time of 20-25 minutes is recommended. Do not rinse off after bathing and keep the affected areas of the body warm.
- Recommended duration of use: One partial bath on each of the first two days, then every second day.
- Dosage for a partial bath: 1 sachet of 12g for approx. 50 litres of water.
- Dosage for micro-baths: 1 level teaspoon (3g) for approx. 12 litres of water. Keep the body area warm after the micro-bath. Micro-baths can also be used twice a day.
- Advice: Do not use for children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children.
