The PURE HEAT® Roll-on Joint & Muscle with its massage ball helps to relieve stiffness and tension and provides a relaxing massage that is ideal for preparing for exertion. It is a warming self-massage to relieve localised areas (neck, shoulder, knee, calf...).

How to use

• Shake well before use. Apply the roll-on to the area to be treated and roll over the affected area a maximum of 20 times. Apply light pressure to the area to be treated with your fingers and massage for 1 to 10 minutes to relieve pain in muscles and joints. Do not roll over an area more than 20 times a day.
• Warnings: For adults 15 years and older only. Apply only occasionally. Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if you are allergic to salicylic acid derivatives or any of the ingredients. Only use in combination with blood-thinning medication after consulting your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, rinse with vegetable oil in case of contact. Do not use on injured skin. Do not apply to the face. Keep out of reach and sight of children. External use. Do not continue to use the product if you feel unwell.
