How to use

• Shake the roll-on well before use and apply to sensitive areas (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet...) 3 times a day. The massage roller is ideal for self-massage of localised areas. If necessary, complete with a manual massage, in this case wash your hands after use.
