The PURE HEAT® Joint & Muscle Roll-on, with its massage ball, helps to relieve stiffness and tension and provides a relaxing massage that is ideal for preparing for physical exertion. It is a warming self-massage treatment designed to relieve localised areas (neck, shoulders, knees, calves, etc.).

• Helps relieve stiffness and tension: Helps to effectively relieve stiffness and painful tension in specific areas (neck, shoulders, knees, calves) that are strained during the day or after exercise. Recommended for sportspeople, those with sedentary jobs, or people suffering from muscle and joint pain.
• Proven efficacy: The roll-on provides a pleasant and long-lasting warming sensation on the treated areas to soothe muscles and joints through a warming active ingredient. A warming sensation lasting 2 hours in 95 per cent of cases. Tested under dermatological and physiotherapeutic supervision. Contains, in particular, wintergreen essential oil and arnica plant extracts.
• Massage ball: Thanks to its ease of use and soothing effect, the roll-on’s massage ball is ideal for self-massage via acupressure on localised areas. If required, this can be supplemented with a manual massage. In this case, massage the product in thoroughly and wash your hands after use. Directions for use

• Shake well before use. Apply the roll-on to the area to be treated, rolling it over the affected area no more than 20 times. Apply gentle pressure with your fingers to the area to be treated and massage for 1 to 10 minutes to relieve pain in muscles and joints. Do not roll over the same area more than 20 times a day.
• Warnings: For adults aged 15 and over only. Apply only occasionally. Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if you are allergic to salicylic acid derivatives or any of the ingredients. Use in combination with blood-thinning medication only after consulting your doctor. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use on broken skin. Do not apply to the face. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. For external use only. Discontinue use if you feel unwell.
