How to use
- Dilute 2x 10 drops daily in warm water. As propolis is a bee putty resin, resins may settle in the jar. This is normal and does not affect the effectiveness. Shake the drops well before use.
- When using on the skin, apply drop by drop to the desired skin areas as required. The dropper bottle makes dosing easy.
- Advice: We recommend the alcohol-free version for pregnant women and children. The drops may stain clothing or sensitive surfaces. Propolis products are unsuitable for people allergic to tree resin and bee venom.
