How does OMNi-BiOTiC SCAN® work?

OMNi-BiOTiC SCAN® is an intestinal bacteria analysis: You will receive a test kit for taking a stool sample at home, which you can carry out easily and then send to our partner laboratory.
The microbiome analysis (intestinal bacteria analysis) of your stool sample is carried out in our partner laboratory. The intestinal bacteria present in your intestine are determined and analysed on the basis of your DNA - using the latest scientific methods from molecular genetics.
You will receive the results of your microbiome analysis by e-mail and also - based on your results - a personalised action plan and dietary recommendations to optimise the health of your intestinal flora and improve your well-being

Dosage form

Test kit: 1 test instruction, 2 stool catchers, 1 transport tube, 1 stool tube (located in the transport tube), small card with barcode label and 8-digit numerical code (please keep!), 1 request form, 1 brown padded envelope, 1 postal envelope, 1 shipping label for shipping within Austria, 1 shipping label for shipping within Germany.

Application

Remove stool according to test instructions.
Register sample online.
Send sample free of charge.(Only within Austria and Germany)
Receive microbiome report within 2-3 weeks.

Note: OMNi-BiOTiC SCAN® is not suitable for children under 4 years of age. Do not perform OMNi-BiOTiC SCAN® if you are currently taking antibiotics, have watery diarrhoea or are suffering from a notifiable infectious disease
