How to use

• Breathing Active Oil organic: Apply the oil to the back and chest using gentle circular movements. Use in daily body care, especially in the morning, or as an additive in washing water.
• Organic intimate care oil: Apply the oil to the external intimate area in circular movements.
• Organic body relaxation oil: Warm the oil as required and massage gently into the hands or soles of the feet. Can be used in daily body care, as a washing additive or as a chest and stomach compress (slightly warmed).
• Skin Strengthening Oil organic: Apply the oil to the affected areas of skin using circular movements up to 3 times a day
