Pasta Cool is a decongestant, anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving poultice paste. It contains the active ingredients heparin and salicylic acid, as well as essential oils (rosemary oil, mountain pine oil) in a base of siliceous clay.

Together, these properties help to reduce bruising and inflammatory swelling. Tightness, pain and increased sensitivity to pressure subside, and the associated restriction of movement is alleviated.

The unique combination of active ingredients:

• Heparin has anticoagulant, decongestant and vasodilatory effects. It therefore counteracts the formation and enlargement of blood clots and promotes the resolution of existing clots. Fluid build-up in the tissues is reduced more rapidly and inflammatory processes are positively influenced.
• Salicylic acid has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects.
• Essential oils promote blood circulation.
• Pasta Cool also contains cooling siliceous clay as its base.

Directions for use

• For adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over, apply the paste 1–2 times a day.
• Use in children: Use in children (< 12 years) is not recommended, as no clinical data on safety and efficacy are available for this age group.
• Method of application: For use on the skin. Apply Pasta Cool and spread it over the affected area to a thickness of about the back of a knife. The treated area may be covered with a breathable piece of fabric or a tissue, and this covering may be lightly secured if necessary. Any residue can be easily removed with lukewarm water. Apply only to intact skin; do not apply to mucous membranes, open wounds or in the eyes.
• Duration of use: Generally, the poultice is not replaced before 8–12 hours have elapsed. Continue using Pasta Cool until the symptoms subside. If, after regular use for 5 days, you do not feel any better or actually feel worse, consult your doctor.

• What Pasta Cool contains – The active ingredients are: sodium heparin, salicylic acid, essential oils (rosemary oil, mountain pine oil). 100 g of paste contains: 5000 IU of sodium heparin, 1.0 g of salicylic acid and 0.8 g of essential oils (0.4 g of rosemary oil, 0.4 g of mountain pine oil).
• The other ingredients are: Indian lemon balm oil, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, sorbic acid, ethyl alcohol, siliceous clays, glucose syrup, glycerine, silicon dioxide, sodium hydroxide, purified water.
