PADMA Galeten capsules are a dietary supplement containing zinc and aromatic herbs, formulated in accordance with Tibetan constitutional theory. Fat metabolism – bitter and astringent to start the day.

Bitter & tangy to start the day

For those moments in life when we’d rather eat greasy or sweet food than a balanced meal:

Refined and ready-made food (convenience food) contains a lot of hidden fats and sugar.
Fruit juices and smoothies are rich in vitamins and fibre, but unfortunately also in (fruit) sugar.
Barbecued meats, sausages and rich sauces often taste better than steamed vegetables.

PADMA GALETEN with zinc is enriched with herbs containing bitter compounds. Bitter compounds influence bile production and secretion. Bile and bile salts play an important role in the digestion of fats.

Dandelion supports the function of the liver and gallbladder, as well as the digestion of fats. Artichokes help maintain a healthy liver and normal bile flow, particularly after fatty and rich meals.

Ideal as a combination with PADMA HEPATEN (e.g. for 1 month) to support liver function in its natural day-night cycle. PADMA HEPATEN contains choline, which supports liver function.

Ancient knowledge behind the formula

PADMA GALETEN was developed, drawing inspiration from the traditional Garnag formula (Tibetan for: Black Camphor Formula) from Tibetan constitutional medicine.
Tibetan constitutional medicine uses herbs and spices as found in a balanced diet. Minerals and, in some cases, other micronutrients are also utilised. In this instance, the formula contains the micronutrient zinc.
In ancient Tibet, the artichoke was regarded as a symbol of nobility and a refined lifestyle; it is classified as a bitter vegetable, although it is actually the flower that is eaten.
The dandelion , also known as ‘sunflower’ or ‘blowball’, symbolises the warm and hot seasons like almost no other plant . Its seeds are so-called ‘dandelion clocks’, which dance lightly in the wind. The fresh leaves are often used in salads because of their bitterness.
The name‘Tausendgüldenkraut’(thousand-gold herb) reflects the high regard in which this gentian-family plant has been held for centuries. Because of its bitter taste, the Romans called the thousand-gold herb ‘Herba felis terrae’, which means ‘earth gall herb’.
Stinging nettle thrives in slightly damp areas and near running water. It has a natural affinity for water.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules in the morning with plenty of warm water.
Note for allergy sufferers and diabetics: PADMA GALETEN is vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free. 1 capsule contains 0.06g of digestible carbohydrates.
A daily dose (2 capsules) contains 3.6 mg of zinc. This corresponds to 36% of the recommended daily intake (NRV).
Ideal as a combination with PADMA HEPATEN for one month. When taken together, it is recommended to take 2 capsules of PADMA GALETEN in the morning and 2 capsules of PADMA HEPATEN in the evening.

1 capsule contains: Pomegranate seeds 50 mg, Speedwell 40 mg, Safflower blossoms 40 mg, Dandelion root 40 mg, Cardamom 30 mg, Cassia cinnamon 30 mg, Sodium sulphate 25 mg, Artichoke leaves 20 mg, Nettle leaves 20 mg, centaury 20 mg, Terminalia bellirica fruit 20 mg, long pepper 10 mg, myrobalan fruit 10 mg, zinc oxide 2.25 mg, colouring agent (activated charcoal) 20 mg, Anti-caking agent (calcium sulphate) 12.5 mg. The vegan capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
