- Dandelions , also known as sunflowers or dandelions, symbolise the warm and hot season like almost no other plant. The seeds are so-called flying umbrellas, which dance lightly with the wind. The fresh leaves are often used in salads because of their bitterness.
- The name "centaury" expresses the high esteem in which this gentian plant has been held for centuries. The Romans called centaury Herba felis terrae, which means "earth gall herb", because of its bitter flavour.
- The stinging nettle likes to grow in slightly damp places and near flowing water. It has a natural bond with water.

- Take 2 capsules in the morning with plenty of warm water.
- Note for allergy sufferers and diabetics: PADMA GALETEN is vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free. 1 capsule contains 0.06g of utilisable carbohydrates.
- One daily dose (2 capsules) contains 3.6 mg zinc. This corresponds to 36% of the daily recommended intake (NRV).
- Ideal as a duo with PADMA HEPATEN for one month. In combination, 2 capsules of PADMA GALETEN are recommended in the morning and 2 capsules of PADMA HEPATEN in the evening.
