OptiFibre® is a dietary food for special medical purposes (balanced diet) to support and regulate healthy intestinal flora. The soluble dietary fibres in OptiFibre®, which are obtained from guar beans, can be used by the "good intestinal bacteria" as a source of energy and thus support healthy intestinal activity.

How to use
- Preparation: OptiFibre® can be stirred into both cold and warm liquids (e.g. drinks, soups, sauces) or soft foods (e.g. yoghurt, mashed potatoes, apple sauce). Carbonated drinks are not suitable.
- OptiFibre is neutral in taste and can therefore be stirred into all liquids. The exact dosage instructions according to age and type of use can be found on the packaging of the product. The manufacturer recommends mixing 1 stick or 5 g of OptiFibre powder per day in approx. 200 ml of liquid to start with. For a continuing balanced diet, 1 - 5 sticks can be taken daily.
- Special instructions: Suitable for pregnant women, children from 3 years and diabetics. Suitable for supplementary nutrition. No habituation effect.

- Composition: Partially hydrolysed guar gum. May contain traces of milk.
- Nutrients per 5 g stick: calorific value kcal 10/ kJ 41, fat (0% kcal) 0 g, carbohydrates (12% kcal) 0.30 g, fibre (85% kcal) 4.3 g, protein (3% kcal) < 0.075 g, salt (=Na (g) x 2.5) < 0.025 g, sodium < 10 g, potassium < 25 g, bread units BE 0.03.
