Ohropax Classic noise protection earplugs are the ideal earplugs for undisturbed sleep and general relaxation. Whether you are travelling, at work or at home.

The unique formula - cotton wool soaked in a mixture of Vaseline and various paraffin waxes - was so successful right from the start that it has hardly had to be changed to this day.

OHROPAX® Classic is ideal for undisturbed sleep due to its high wearing comfort. It is also a pleasant aid for general relaxation, meditation exercises, concentrated reading and working, DIY and listening to loud music. Thanks to the tight seal, OHROPAX® Classic also offers protection against moisture and wind.

OHROPAX® Classic also keeps out splashes of water, wind and dust and can even reduce pressure equalisation problems on the ear in aircraft. OHROPAX® Classic is also versatile in the workplace. However, you should always check its suitability beforehand, taking into account the sound attenuation values and the other instructions.

The discreet skin-coloured wax earplugs can be optimally adapted to any ear canal and significantly reduce noise exposure.

Areas of application

In the private sector:

OHROPAX® Classic is ideal for sleep and relaxation, but also for concentrated work, DIY and loud music thanks to its high level of comfort. It also keeps moisture and wind away from the ear.

At the workplace:

OHROPAX® Classic is suitable for many workplaces, especially in so-called non-classical noise areas such as open-plan offices and data centres (noise level < 75 dB (A)).
Due to the material, OHROPAX® Classic is not suitable for warm workplaces or workplaces exposed to dirt and dust.
OHROPAX® Classic is ready for immediate use. There is no need to wait for expansion times as with foam plugs.
No sweating and no pressure on the outer ear as with earmuffs.
No wearing problems for spectacle wearers.
Can be combined with safety helmets, safety spectacles and earmuffs.
Speech and warning signals are still perceived. Sound is attenuated, but not completely blocked out.

Application

BEFORE-ear plugs (placed in front of the opening of the ear canal).
First remove the cotton wool completely, do not reduce the size of the earplug!
Soften the earplug by kneading it vigorously and mould it into a ball (not an elongated shape!).
Place the ball in front of the opening of the ear canal and close it tightly by pressing gently. Do not insert into the ear canal!
Removal: Slowly remove the earplug in one piece with your fingers. Do not use any aids! The earplug can be loosened beforehand by pressing lightly on the back of the pinna.
