Constantly having the feeling of dryness and a burning sensation in the eyes is not a trivial problem. You should reach for the right eye product, especially if the discomfort is severe and has been going on for a long time. Because permanently dry eyes are not only very unpleasant, they can also lead to serious damage to the surface of the eye.

Hyaluronic acid is not just hyaluronic acid

What exactly is important? Important are

a high concentration of hyaluronic acid and therefore good water retention
a high-quality, very long-chain hyaluronic acid

Most conventional eye drops contain between 0.1 and 0.2% hyaluronic acid. This is sufficient for mild to moderate symptoms of dry eyes. In severe cases, however, a higher concentration is required. Okuzell forte eye drops therefore contain pure, very long-chain hyaluronic acid in a 0.4% concentration, i.e. twice to four times the amount of normal eye drops.

What characterises Okuzell forte? - Extremely strong and long-acting

The right eye drops must adhere well to the surface of the eye and at the same time be liquid so that the eyelid can glide easily over the tear film.

Hyaluronic acid can combine these two contradictory properties. In a calm state, it is a large molecule that naturally coils into a small ball. When the eyelid is moved over the tear film, the molecule stretches. This reduces the viscosity of the liquid and thus the resistance, allowing the eyelid to glide easily over the tear film.

Okuzell forte eye drops are characterised by very large hyaluronic acid molecules in a very high concentration. This double optimisation offers two advantages:

Much more water is bound than usual. As a result, the surface of the eye is very well moisturised
The high molecular weight hyaluronic acid increases the viscosity of the eye drops. As a result, they adhere longer to the surface of the eye and are ideal for severe forms of "dry eye" because the moisturisation lasts significantly longer.

Okuzell forte eye drops contain a particularly high amount of hyaluronic acid and have been specially developed to meet the needs of patients with very severe symptoms who do not want to use gels or ointments.

The eye drops are suitable for long-term use. Visual performance is not impaired by the application. You may experience slightly blurred vision for a short time (1 - 2 minutes) after instillation. Okuzell eye drops are equally suitable for use during the day and at night. They are free from preservatives and are also suitable for wearers of soft contact lenses. They have a shelf life of 4 months after opening.

Apply 1 drop to the eyes 2-3 times a day as required. Drip one drop into the eye by applying light pressure to the bottle.
