- Vitamins A, B6, B12, C and D, folic acid, and the trace elements zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- Vitamins B12, folic acid and zinc make a significant contribution to cell division and thus to cell renewal.
- Vitamin A plays a role in cell specialisation.
