Uses

• Instant powder for making a porridge containing cereals, dried fruit, minerals and vitamins. 
• Also suitable for those with chewing and swallowing difficulties, as well as for daily nutritional intake or in cases of increased nutritional requirements.

• Fat: The fat content is low at 2.0 g/100 g.
• Carbohydrates: Sucrose and honey (10.5 per cent) as well as carbohydrates from the cereal ingredients used.
• Protein: The protein content comes from high-quality cereal sources.
• Fibre: Provides 4.0 g of fibre per 100 g of powder.

Directions for use

• Mix 40 g of resource® instant multigrain porridge with honey per serving into 200 ml of cold or warm milk.
• Recommended daily intake: 1 to 2 portions of 40 g each per day.
• To prepare one portion, slowly sprinkle 40 g of resource® instant multigrain porridge with honey into 200 ml of cold or warm milk. Stir until the powder has completely dissolved. If desired, the powder (40 g) can also be mixed with plain fruit juices (non-carbonated). When preparing as a drink, the amount of liquid should be increased accordingly for each portion of powder. Preparing the product with juice, as well as increasing the amount of liquid, results in a change in the nutritional values. To prepare several servings at once, we recommend using a whisk or hand mixer (e.g. for 13 servings: mix 1 sachet of powder (520 g) with 2.6 l of liquid).
