Who is OMNi-BiOTiC SKiN® Intensive Care Ointment suitable for?

Healthy skin is densely colonised by countless organisms that live together peacefully in a complex ecosystem: In addition to over 1,000 different types of bacteria, the inhabitants also include fungi and mites.

A balanced colonisation with these microbes protects us from pathogens on the skin and supports the immune system and many other functions of this important barrier. How does OMNi-BiOTiC SKiN® intensive care ointment work?

In atopic dermatitis, the diversity of beneficial bacterial strains on the skin is reduced and there is an imbalance between the different types of bacteria (= dysbiosis). This makes it easier for pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus to spread and damage the affected skin (barrier), which often leads to inflammation and severe itching.

OMNi-BiOTiC SKiN® Intensive Care Ointment contains the patented Baplexin® 621 bacterial complex - a unique combination of 9 active, specially selected and scientifically researched bacterial strains.

These active probiotic skin inhabitants supplement the skin's microbiome in a natural way, displace pathogens and rebalance the skin flora - the skin is actively regenerated and nourished. After just a few days, the appearance of the skin improves and itching is significantly alleviated.

OMNi-BiOTiC SKiN® Intensive Care Ointment contains only purely natural ingredients and is free from fragrances and preservatives, making it particularly suitable for very stressed and sensitive skin. How to use

• In the acute phase: Apply 2 to 3 times a day for 14 days to the areas of skin affected by neurodermatitis.
• Suitable for people with sensitive skin prone to neurodermatitis and for babies from 3 months, children and adults.
  
• For basic care and mild skin irritation: Apply to the affected areas of skin once a day as required. OMNi-BiOTiC SKiN® Intensive Care Ointment is suitable for long-term use.
• After use: Allow the ointment to absorb and do not rinse off. We recommend showering after 8 hours at the earliest, as otherwise the good bacteria will be washed off again before they have had a chance to colonise. The care ointment can be combined at any time with OMNi-BiOTiC SKiN® Intensive Skin Bath to protect and care for severely stressed skin and skin affected by neurodermatitis.
• Important information: Can also be used in combination with all common anti-inflammatory topical therapies. When applying, make sure that the ointment does not get into the eyes.
  
• Tip: OMNi-BiOTiC SKiN® Intensive Skin Care Ointment can also be used directly after the OMNi-BiOTiC SKiN® Intensive Skin Bath as an ideal supplement for particularly affected skin areas.
