Lecithin & B-Complex is a combination that supports nerve metabolism and mental performance and supplies the body with all eight B-complex vitamins in high doses. Lecithin from the sunflower rounds off this selected, soya-free formula. The water-soluble vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin and biotin also support the energy balance and are "balm for the nerves"! The three B vitamins folic acid, vitamin B6 and B12 work together with others to support the psyche.

Directions

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid, preferably before a meal.
