This tea should be brewed particularly thinly so that it tastes good and unfolds its beneficial effect.
Active ingredients
- Yarrow has a digestive effect and increases gastric juice production.
- Bearberry leaves and currant support kidney function.
- Stinging nettle is an excellent metabolic plant and is ideal for dehydration. It also has a diuretic and stimulating effect on the liver and supports an acid-base balance.
- The bitter substances in dandelion promote the functions of the digestive glands and bile drainage, thereby stimulating the metabolism.
Directions
Pour freshly boiled water (approx. 1 - 1.5 litres) over 1 filter bag and leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Then swirl the filter bag and squeeze well.
Advice: Not suitable for pregnant women.
