What is META-CARE® Vitamin D3 Plus?

How to use

• Take 1 capsule once a week unchewed with a meal and sufficient liquid. Or take as recommended by a doctor.
• The intended amount of 10,000 IU (250 μg) vitamin D3 per capsule is not suitable as a food supplement for children under 11 years of age. During pregnancy and breastfeeding and when taking anticoagulants at the same time, we recommend consulting your doctor.
