- For the targeted intake of vitamin D3, e.g. in cases of increased requirement

Directions for use
- Take 1 capsule once a week, whole, with a meal and plenty of liquid. Or take as recommended by a doctor.
- For children under 11 years of age, the specified dose of 10,000 IU (250 μg) of vitamin D3 per capsule is not suitable as a dietary supplement. During pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding, as well as when taking anticoagulants, we recommend consulting your doctor.
