- Lorano relieves symptoms such as hay fever or allergy to house dust mites (allergic rhinitis), such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy palate and itchy, reddened or watery eyes.
- Lorano is also used to relieve symptoms such as itching and skin wheals (in chronic hives of unknown cause).
Dosage form
How to use
- Adults and adolescents (12 years and older): One tablet of Lorano once a day.
- Children from 2 to 12 years with a body weight over 30 kg: One tablet of Lorano once a day.
- Children under 2 years of age or with a body weight of less than 30 kg: Children under 2 years of age or with a body weight of less than 30 kg must not take Lorano.
- Lorano may only be administered to children under 12 years of age with a doctor's prescription.
- Separate one blister unit along the perforations.
- Pull off the cover in the direction of the arrow and carefully remove the tablet. The tablet must not be pushed out through the cover.
- Place the tablet on your tongue immediately after removing it from the packaging. It will melt directly in your mouth. Water is not required to swallow the tablet. Lorano dissolves immediately on contact with the saliva in your mouth and the tablets can therefore be taken without water. They have a sweet orange flavour.
Ingredients
- The active ingredient is loratadine.
- Each melting tablet contains 10 mg loratadine.
- The other ingredients are Sweet orange flavouring (contains sulphites), aspartame (E 951), anhydrous citric acid (E 330), colloidal anhydrous silica (E 551), dried maize starch, anhydrous lactose, magnesium stearate (E 470b), croscarmellose sodium (E 468), mannitol (E 421), sorbitol (E 420), crospovidone, colloidal hydrogenated silicon dioxide (E 551), polysorbate 80 (E 433), povidone (E 1201) and microcrystalline cellulose (E 460)

Bestes akutmittel
Ich nehme diese Schmelztabletten als akutmittel für meine Histaminintoleranz, sie sind sehr praktisch da sie ohne Wasser einzunehmen sind. Die Schmelztabletten unter die Zunge legen und gut ist es, wirken wohl über die Schleimhaut auch schneller. Habe immer welche in der Geldbörse. Viele die unter Intoleranzen leiden werden das kennen das man nicht immer aus weichen kann vorallem wenn man viel unterwegs ist.
