The optimally balanced combination of active ingredients in the Magnesium PRO effervescent powder from ÖKOPHARM® provides an optimum supply of important vitamins, minerals and trace elements in times of increased physical exertion and top athletic performance.

For full power

Magnesium citrate quickly supplies the muscles with magnesium and thus contributes to normal muscle function and a balanced electrolyte balance.
Additional BCAAs and L-arginine supply the muscles with important amino acids.
High-quality L-carnitine and taurine round off the effective combination.

For stamina and energy

High-dose vitamin C supports the normal function of the immune system during and after strenuous physical activity such as endurance or weight training. This requires a daily intake of at least 200 mg vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily amount of 80 mg.
Magnesium, vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C as well as niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.

Regeneration and cell protection

Vitamin B2, C, selenium and zinc help to protect cells from oxidative stress.

With the Plantovir® formula

Plantovir® is a valuable plant extract from the rockrose (Cistus x incanus L.).
It contains secondary plant substances (polyphenols).

With Phyto-Panmol® Vitamin C.

This is obtained from the fruity acerola cherry using a gentle extraction process. Acerola cherries (Malpighia glabra L.) originally come from Central America and are considered to be particularly rich in natural vitamin C.

Directions

Adults: 1 sachet 1-2 times daily.
Children from 10 years and adolescents: 1 sachet once a day.
Before, during or after exercise, pour the contents of one sachet (7 g) into a glass or drinking bottle, dissolve in water (0.2-0.5 litres), stir well and drink.
