Active ingredients
- Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot produce itself. It must therefore be supplied in sufficient quantities with the daily diet. Natural foods such as wholemeal cereal products, unhulled rice, nuts and seeds are particularly good sources of magnesium. Our body needs magnesium for a variety of metabolic processes. Every energy-dependent process - from the movements of the muscles to the activities of the internal organs - is ultimately dependent on the presence of magnesium. In addition, magnesium influences the distribution of other minerals in the body and is therefore important for the correct balance of electrolytes. Magnesium is of great importance for the muscles and the nervous system. As a component of the skeletal system, magnesium is also important for stable, healthy bones and teeth.

- Adults and adolescents over 14 years: 1-2 film-coated tablets 3 times a day
- Children from 10-14 years: 1 film-coated tablet 2-3 times a day
- Children aged 6-9 years: 1 film-coated tablet 1-2 times a day
- Children under 6 years of age:There is insufficient experience regarding the use of Magnesium Verla film-coated tablets in children under 6 years of age .Magnesium Verla Film-coated Tablets should therefore not be used in children under 6 years of age.
