Discover Lanbiotic Lipid Care, the probiotic skincare cream specially developed for skin prone to atopic dermatitis. It supports the microbiome, soothes itching and redness, and strengthens the skin barrier in the long term.

How it works

We add around 10 billion of our patent-pending Lactococcus Lanbioticus bacteria to Lipid Care. These bacteria work in two ways:

• Firstly, the bacteria produce substances that strongly inhibit the bacterium S. aureus. This bacterium is one of the main triggers of eczema in atopic dermatitis. More than 90 per cent of all people with atopic dermatitis have this bacterium on their skin.
• Secondly, our bacteria produce a range of metabolic by-products. These have a very positive effect on the skin and can help maintain the skin’s natural acid mantle. Lipid Care restores the skin’s pH level to a normal range.

Who is Lipid Care suitable for?

Adults with atopic dermatitis

• In Western countries, up to one in every 20 adults is affected by atopic dermatitis. Many sufferers restrict their daily activities and feel trapped in their own skin.

• Over time, the skin produces fewer and fewer lipids. The skin microbiome also changes. Particularly for those over 50, this can lead to dry and thin skin. The skin itches and can become sore even from minor knocks.
