Directions for use

1. Shake the bottle and remove the protective cap.The first time you use it, you may need to press the pump several times to release a spray.
2. Carefully insert the nasal applicator into one nostril and press the pump to administer the product. 
3. Repeat the process in the other nostril. 
4. Clean the applicator with water and dry it. 
5. Replace the protective cap on the nasal applicator until the next use. 

Notes: You can use the nasal spray in both nostrils as often as necessary. If use causes significant discomfort, stop the treatment and seek medical advice.
