How to use

1. Shake the bottle and remove the protective cap. When using for the first time, you may need to press the pump several times to trigger a spray.
2. Carefully insert the nasal applicator into one nostril and press the pump to apply the product.
3. Repeat the process in the other nostril.
4. Clean the applicator with water and dry it.
5. Place the protective cap on the nasal applicator until the next application.

Notes: You can apply the nasal spray to both nostrils as often as necessary. If the application causes significant discomfort, discontinue the treatment and ask a doctor for advice.
