It is both effective and gentle, providing the best possible ear care by removing excess earwax and, with regular use, preventing its build-up.

Natural ingredients with powerful effects

Otosan Spray® with organic plant extracts is an innovative product resulting from modern medical research. As it is produced without colourings or preservatives, it guarantees maximum tolerability. It combines the cleansing effect of the saline solution with the hygienising properties of tea tree oil. The moisturising effect of aloe vera is combined with the properties of the other extracts from 100% organic plants: lemon, with its excellent cleansing properties; chamomile, with its soothing effect; calendula, with its anti-inflammatory properties; and mallow, rich in emollients.

Otosan® Spray combines the cleansing action of an isotonic saline solution with the hygienising properties of tea tree oil and the synergistic effect of organically grown plant extracts:

from moisturising aloe vera,
to cleansing lemon,
from soothing chamomile,
to soothing calendula,
and finally mallow with its remarkable emollient properties.

Directions for use

Daily treatment with Otosan® Spray is recommended as a preventative measure to maintain ear hygiene and to remove earwax plugs.

Hold your head upright and straight, place the Otosan Spray® canister against your ear, ensuring that the edge of the spray nozzle is positioned directly over the ear canal. Hold the canister vertically and press the spray button a few times.
Wait a few minutes to allow the Otosan® Spray to take effect. Tilt your head to one side so that the treated ear is facing downwards, allowing the liquid and any debris to drain out. Clean and dry the ear with a clean cloth.
Repeat the treatment on the other ear. Rinse the spray nozzle with warm water after each use.

Notes: Otosan Spray® is not only used to remove earwax blockages, but also as a preventative measure to maintain ear hygiene. It is therefore recommended that you use Otosan Spray® at least once a day.
