- Dr Böhm® Ein- und Durchschlaf contains a highly effective triple combination of three natural sleep aids: Valerian, passionflower and lemon balm. The three active ingredients complement each other perfectly and reinforce each other's effects. This is how the three natural remedies for sleep disorders work:
Active ingredients
- Valerian, the natural sleep aid: Valerian root in particular has been known for its balancing effect since at least the 18th century. Scientific studies have shown that extracts of valerian root shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and have a positive effect on the depth of sleep. This is due to secondary plant substances that activate the brain's fatigue switch, so to speak, and ensure that you fall asleep more quickly and easily.
- "Relieve stress" with passionflower: Sleep disorders often originate during the day. The main reason why we can't sleep at night is stress. The calming effect of passionflower helps us to leave the day behind and relax better. The lushly flowering climbing plant has been used in folk medicine in North, South and Central America for centuries. It works quickly, relieves inner tension and anxiety and eases the psyche.
- Clear your head with lemon balm: Lemon balm, one of the oldest known medicinal plants, also has a harmonising and relaxing effect. Today it is mainly used for calming, sleep disorders and nervousness. Lemon balm is particularly helpful when it comes to filtering out too many stimuli and external influences and clearing the mind.
