Kneipp Melatonin plus tablets - fall asleep better are a dietary supplement with 1.85 mg melatonin per mini tablet. Also contains vitamin B6, valerian, passion flower, lemon balm and zinc.

The brown layer contains a marvellous plant combination of valerian, lemon balm and passion flower, which have always been valued for their soothing and relaxing properties, as well as vitamin B6 and zinc.

Recommended intake: Take 1 tablet unchewed with plenty of liquid shortly before going to bed. Melatonin should not be consumed in combination with alcohol.
